5 Natural Ways To Strengthen Your Immune System

Our immune system is what keeps us alive. It’s our personal bodyguard against diseases and other hostile pathogens. This number is even higher for children.

4. Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes per day. This activity triggers a rise in immune system cells, which increase your resistance to illness.
